BELLEBERRY DELI BECKENHAM ART EXHIBITION
Just to let you know I shall be exhibiting at the Belle berry DELI in Beckenham Road this Thursday 16th October 2014, it all kicks off at 6.00pm right through to 9.00pm, cocktails and canapés whizzed up by the French Whizz himself “Bernard”.
Live music will be on tap…as well as paintings I will be exhibiting . Come one, come all.

I shall be exhibiting my “Black Princess Series” at the cafe gallery CGP London, Southwark Park, London SE16 2UA. Submissions for the legendary unselected exhibition, which has led the field in hang the lot aesthetics since 1984. For younger artists, the Annual Open has often proved to be the first opportunity for them to exhibit their work in a professional gallery and, for audiences, this eclectic exhibition gives both an overview of current artistic practices and the opportunity to purchase works at modest prices.
The emphasis of the Annual Open continues to be on the display of small works, affordable and accessible to the public. The exhibition retains its original intention, maintaining the tradition of a well established, recognized and popular annual event attracting new generations of exhibitors and gallery visitors. Members of the public are directed by road signs to the gallery from Canada Water underground station which is on the Jubilee and Overground Lines.
After a short walk through this year’s spectacular leaf fall in Southwark Park; to enter the gallery is to pass from the red and gold colours of approaching winter into a bright palace of massed contemporary iconography in the forms of sculptures, videos, prints and drawings, photographic works, as well as of the variously textured and pigmented paintings which surround us stacked high up to the ceiling of this Aladdin’s Cave.This year the ‘best in exhibition’ prize of £100 will be selected by artist patron Andrew Kötting.
